Who we are

Itmaad means trust, and that is the whole idea behind the store. Buying online in Pakistan can feel risky: fake items, unclear prices, and no one to call when something goes wrong. We built Itmaad to fix that.

Itmaad was started by two partners, Tayyab Shah and Ali Syed Shah, and runs from City Housing, Jhelum. We are a general online store: electronics and gadgets, accessories, home items and more, and the range keeps growing. Whatever the category, we source from trusted suppliers and check and verify each product ourselves before it appears in the store. Our prices are in Pakistani Rupees, our policies are written in plain language, and you can always reach a real person.

Common questions

Are your products genuine?

We check and verify products before listing them. If something arrives damaged, wrong or not working, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and an unboxing video.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes. We ship nationwide by courier. Delivery is free for orders above Rs.5,000 and Rs.200 otherwise, unless a product page says something different.

Can I pay when the parcel arrives?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available. You can also pay by bank transfer or wallet to the accounts shown at checkout on itmaad.com.

How do I track my order?

Log in and open My Orders in your profile. You can see the status there, plus the tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel from your profile within 30 minutes of placing it, while it is pending or processing. After that, message us and we will try to help if it has not shipped.

What if my item is damaged or wrong?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. We repair, replace or refund genuine problems. See our Return Policy.

Which accounts are your official payment accounts?

Only the accounts shown at checkout on itmaad.com. We will never ask for your password, card PIN or one-time codes, and we are not responsible for money sent to any other account.
